Commentary #6 - Saturday, May 14th 2005.

Welcome Jerichoholics. Im ready to get down to business with a Raw Review! Here it goes...

Jericho/Shelton vs Muhammed/Davari:
This should be a great match. Muhammed will probably pin Shelton for the win, and say sooner or later "I pinned the Intercontinental Champion! Where is my title shot damnit! Just because im Arab American...." and all the crap. Though i read forums/message boards all over and nobody mentioned how Shelton came out and helped Jericho and Jericho didnt come out and help Shelton. Obviously Shelton is gonna be pretty mad when he talks to Jericho this Monday. This might start out a Jericho/Shelton Rematch at Vengeance, though i would perfer to see a Triple Threat with Muhammed, Shelton, and The King Of Bling Bling Chris Jericho. And i couldnt believe that Jericho did the Liontamer to Davari! It was great to see it once again. It would be also if he continued to do it, but i doubt it.

My Gold Rush prediction was correct! Well, So Far. I said it in my last commentary about how Edge and Kane in the final two, and Lita screws Kane and goes with Edge. And if you look at the date on my Commentary, i did it before Raw, so i didnt not cheat lol, Jason just put it up late. I dont know about you, but i dont think i heard any You screwed Edge/Lita chants. I might heard them when Edge was in the ring and just forgot, But i dont remember any Lita chants. Maybe they are calming down with the chants.

Captain Charisma vs Ric Flair!!!!! That would have been good, but instead it was Captain "I am a jobber unless im on Heat" vs Ric Flair. Flair gets a good face reaction even though he cheated. This Flair/Christian thing is great.

I really have no idea where this Triple H/Batista thing is going. I still think they will have a Cage or a Hell In A Cell Match at Vengeance, But we will have to wait and see.

I wonder if Paul Heyman will show up on Raw after what Bischoff said about the ECW PPV. I would be great if Heyman showed up and interacted with Bischoff.

Why is Hurricane Tag Champ? He should be competing for the Cruiserweight Title on Smackdown, but not as a happy super hero. He can keep the Super Hero Thing, But not as into the gimmick. As for Rosey, bring Jamal back and have 3 Minute Warning, or a different name, but not doing the "Your 3 minutes is up" thing.

So Maria messed up on the interview or something. I didnt even notice it, nor know what she said to mess it up. I think she said like "The Edge" instead of Shawn Michaels. Though I dont no why she said "The" Edge. Maybe she meant "The" Heart Break Kid.

So Edge used the Money in the Bank once again to win, Which makes it Kane vs Edge on Monday. That match should be pretty good.

Heres a question that everyone wants to know. Why isnt Chris Jericho the World Heavyweight Champion? Well even though Batista is the current Champion, Triple H has his ego and great heel work that makes the WWE love him and want him to have the World Heavyweight Title. Jericho could be a great champ, just look back to Late 2001 and Early 2002. He was a great Undisputed Champ. But the reason could be that Triple H was injured at the time. As much as i hate it, Jericho was only the champ til Triple H came back. Its a disgrace that the WWE doesnt even let the younger talent and the more fresh talent like Jericho, Edge, and Christian have the title. (Im not mentioning Benoit cause he had his time last year, and it in my opinion was a bad move and didnt work out that good.) So Edge and Christian are getting pushes so i cant complain as much, but its a disgrace that Jericho is even competing for the Intercontinental Title! And its a digrace that he lost to Shelton Benjamin 3 friggin' times damnit! Hes a great wrestler, face or heel, with great mic skills. He could be a great World Heavyweight Champ. And a lot of people think he will be better off at Smackdown. Thats true, but hes not in there league! He should have made it farther than the first round in the Gold Rush. But apparently I have no control over the WWE, so i dont no if Jericho will stay on Raw, or go to Smackdown, Or Stay Face or Turn Heel. And i dont no if he will become the World Heavyweight Champion or the WWE Champion, so we will just have to wait and see.
